Card Hype offers packs and collections of collectible cards.

Product availability depends on our suppliers and may change without notice.

We strive to keep products available, but we do not guarantee permanent stock of specific items.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in euros (€) and may include VAT when applicable.

We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, and other payment methods available in the store.

Payment is processed at the time of purchase and must be completed before the order is sent to the supplier.

5. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed.

Shipping times depend on the supplier and carrier, and may vary depending on the destination.

Card Hype is not responsible for delays caused by the supplier, transportation, or international customs.

6. Return and Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Products must be returned in their original condition (unopened or undamaged), unless they arrived defective or incorrect.

No restocking fees apply.

Currently, there are no final sale items, so all products can be returned under these conditions.

7. Liability

Card Hype is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of income, shipping delays, or misuse of products by the customer.

We make every effort to ensure products arrive in good condition, but shipping times and conditions depend on suppliers and carriers.

Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Spain.
