At Card Hype, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
Return Period: Products can be returned up to 30 days after delivery.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Make sure to use a tracked shipping method to protect your package.
Product Condition: Packs and collections must be returned unopened or in their original condition, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Restocking Fee: No additional fees will be applied.
Final Sale Items: Currently, all products are returnable. This section will be updated if we include any final sale items in the future.
