Shipping Policy – Card Hype

At Card Hype, we work to ensure you receive your packs and collections of collectible cards quickly and safely.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been confirmed.

Processing time is normally 1 to 3 business days before the order is prepared for shipping.


2. Shipping Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

For Spain and Europe, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days.

During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), delivery times may be longer.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Orders under €20: shipping costs will be applied according to the carrier.

  • Orders of €20 or more: shipping is completely free.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the cart based on the delivery address.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

You can check the status of your shipment through the provided tracking link.


5. Shipping Issues

Card Hype is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or situations beyond our control, such as customs or weather.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives in poor condition, notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

You will receive assistance to resolve the issue and, if applicable, a replacement or refund.
